Pyroetubular boiler with 3 steps of smoke: 1 per area where
the complete combustion is carried out and 2 by the smoke pipes.
Drilled pipe Boiler ( Not welded to plates).
The design results in boilers with a low thermal load and a
low level of atmospheric pollutant (NOx and CO).
Boiler 100% accessible from the outside, not needing to
enter through the furnace, registers or windows to do the interior maintenance.
Hermetic doors with quick opening by means of screws.
The boiler can be adapted to handle controls on the right or
left.
Certified manufacture according to directive 97/23CE.
It can burn any type of liquid or gaseous fuels.
Adaptable for any brand of burners.
Large diameter furnace, low thermal load and pressurized for
combustion, complying with environmental regulations.
Water-cooled fire drawer practicable from the outside.
As an internal safety measure, it has an alloy fuse in the
fire drawer.
The boilers have incorporated at the end of the furnace an
exclusive expansion valve only seen in Talleres Patricio Ruiz, which in the
event of an overpressure greater than what is normalized opens automatically
and lets out this excessive gas pressure, without damaging the combustion
chamber, tubes or other internal part.
High performance of 91 - 93 % with low smoke outlet
temperature.
External thermal insulation of high thickness and high density
resulting in low heat loss from radiation.
Low consumption stainless steel vertical pump unit with high
pressure and flow.
Control of water level in boiler by means of electronic probes.
The design in the arrangement of the smoke pipes with wide
separation between them it results in a good recirculation of the water,
achieving an optimal transmission of heat and a low resistance to the passage
of the fumes.
The boiler is mounted on a metal bench that forms a set with
the other accessories, facilitating a quick installation.
The quality of the steam is dry, obtained by the good ratio
of the volume of water level and the steam chamber, being of the highest degree
of steam.
The exterior finish of the boiler is in glossy Stainless
Steel.
The boilers keep several large registers for inspecting and
cleaning the wet zone.
At the top of the boiler there is a large man hole, which allows the operator to access.
