The Fryma
Koruma Delmix MZM/VK-500 is a vacuum mixing system. Products with various
viscosities can be dissolved, mixed, dispersed and emulsified. At the beginning
of the process, the vacuum pump is switched on and evacuates the process
vessel. Liquids and dry products are added to the mixing chamber of the
homogeniser under vacuum via the product inlets. The homogeniser is the core of
the processing plant. The fast running homogeniser and stator system will
disperse and homogenise the liquid and medium viscous products. The pumping
effect of the homogeniser feeds the product into the vessel via the circulation
pipe. A slow-moving scraper stirrer with flexible scrapers rotates inside the
vessel. The scraper-stirrer is responsible for turning over and mixing the
product. The scraper blades move over the inner surface of the vessel wall. In
this way, they prevent the product from adhering to the wall and improve the
heat exchange. The product returns to the homogeniser from the conical vessel
outlet. During this process, the vacuum pump evacuates the vessel and
constantly deaerates the product. After the vessel has been aerated, the final
product is discharged into the circulation pipe via the 3-way valve.
