- The
mixture of curd and whey is sent to the feeding funnel through a central tube
with oscillating arms, whose rotating movement allows the curd to be evenly
distributed in the serum.
- The arms
have an oscillating function on the tubes.
- In the
drainage pipes the separation between whey and curd is carried out. The serum
drains through the perforations of the drainage tubes and the curd remains as a
more or less compact mass within them.
- The pipes
with transparent exterior windows facilitate control over the drainage process.
An alternative movement of the rotary cutting blade and the support plate of
the curd columns occurs, and the cutting height of said blade can be adjusted.
- With this
curd dosing machine there is the possibility of changing the drainage pipes
with different diameter pipes and this way, producing different sizes of cheeses.
It is
possible to work with 2 formats simultaneously, the cheese diameters 3kg and
1kg are 200mm and 130mm respectively.
