maximum energy efficiency in its operating process and a reduction in the
development time of this process, allowing economic benefits.

under optimum conditions for the product from the hygienic point of view, far
superior to those offered by conventional systems.
This bakery oven is sized according to the production level provided for it, and properly insulated from the thermal point of view.
The furnace is designed modularly, with a number of chambers depending on the desired length where the respective tubular burners are housed.
Access to the cooking chamber is established by means of isolated openings.
The furnace has independent steam and smoke outlets between them, equipped with a forced venturi extraction system and calculated for the safety of gas expansion.
The furnace is completely insulated.
The system
for supplying combustion air to the burners is carried out by means of
ventilation equipment to each established area of the furnace. The fans vary
their operation by means of frequency variators to achieve the proper
functioning of the combustion in each section, based on the temperatures of the
different sections of the furnace.
